ingredients:
-artichoke(alahlam)
-meat
- mixed spices
- onion
-pine nuts
-olive oil (alahlam)
- Egyptian rice(al ahlam)
preparation method:
1. in a pot, add little olive oil, then add the minced meat and chopped onion with a little salt, pepper, and spices , stir well.
2.in another pot, fry the artichoke , then place it in a baking tray and add the meat , fried onions, and pine nuts
3.add a little water to the tray, then put it in the oven at 25 -35 m until it is fully cooked.
4. serve hot with a plate of spiced rice
