Ingredients :
1 kishk powder (al ahlam)
2 olive oil (al ahlam)
3 gralic and onion
4 dried mint
5 salt (al ahlam)
6 lemon
preparation method:
1 in a large pot , heat a little oil . Add the chopped onion and stir it turns golden
2 Add 4 cups of water. when it boils , add one cup of kishk and stir until it dissolves completely (without lumps)
3 After it boils again, leave it on low heat for 10 m
4 Add the crushed garlic , dried mint ,and salt . you can also add lemon according to taste
5 serve hot with bread (dry or toasted)
