Preparation Method (Easy and Guaranteed Steps):
1. Prepare the beans and meat:
Beans: Soak the beans in water overnight. The next day, boil them in fresh water until fully cooked and tender. Drain and set aside.

Meat and Broth: Boil the meat in a pot with water and seasonings (such as bay leaves and cardamom) until fully cooked. Adjust the salt, keeping the meat and broth separate.

2. Prepare the Bean Broth:
In another pot, sauté the chopped onion in ghee or oil until wilted.

Add the tomato paste and stir briefly to release its flavor.

Add the boiled meat broth, salt, and black pepper (you can add a little sautéed minced meat at this stage).

Add the boiled beans and stir gently. Let the broth simmer for 10 minutes until the flavor intensifies.

3. Prepare the Vermicelli Rice:
